Q.How do I earn credits?＋
Mainly by completing missions — connecting your social accounts and following the official pages on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. You can also earn credits by creating content featuring Quack & Lola and submitting your post links inside the app, or by claiming a badge at a live event.

Roughly 1 credit per 100 views, for both images and videos. Views are checked at the end of each day and credits are added automatically. Each approved submission keeps earning credits for 30 days.

Head to the Redeem page and pick a piece of merch. A unique coupon code is generated — paste it at checkout in our shop to get the item for free (you only pay shipping and taxes).

When you place an order using a credit-exchange code, your coupon is emailed to you automatically. It works on all items and is valid for 3 months from issue. Normally 10% — 20% during the campaign (Aug 1 – Sep 30, 2026). It can't be combined with a credit-exchange code on the same order.
